Celeste was your typical cheerleader, short thin, pretty with brown hair and piercing green eyes. She had a very bubbly personality and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Last year she was the captain of the squad and this being her last year of high school cheerleading she was hoping to be captain again. She spent most of her summer attending camps and working on new cheers. She was so excited for this school year to start so she could get back into cheerleading. She just had to pass her physical which she knew would be no problem.
After the first day of her senior year Celeste rushes to her doctors office because she knows they are doing physicals that afternoon. When she gets there the waiting room is pretty packed. She is nervous, doctors offices always do that to her. There is one girl that she saw in school that day so she assumes she is here for a physical as well. Celeste sits down next to her.
"Hi, I'm Celeste."
"I'm Brandi. You are the captain of the cheerleading squad."
"Yes."
"Its really nice to meet you. I just moved here and am hoping to make the squad. I was the captain of my squad last year."
"Well here's my number....call me if need anything."
"Thanks a lot. I will give you my number as well."
With that the nurse comes to get Brandi for her physical and Celeste works on her homework but finds it kind of hard to concentrate. Brandi isn't in there long.
"Hey, nothing to worry about. It's just a routine physical, height, weight blood pressure, all that stuff. Oh and the doctor is hot. Well the nurse is coming to get you so I will talk to you later."
"Sounds good. Have a good night."
Celeste follows the nurse to the back where they check her height, weight and blood pressure. The nurse then leads her to the very back examine room.
"Ok Celeste, I am going to need you to strip down to your bra and panties and lay on the examine table with the pillow under your back to arch your back and legs over the side and your hands over your head and I will be right back."
Celeste doesn't remember anything like this in any physical she has ever been to but she knows she needs the doctor to sign off or she can't cheer so she does as the nurse instructed her. Just as she gets situated on the table the nurse comes back.
"Ok I am going to need to strap you to the table. The doctor needs to check your stomach and he needs you to lay perfectly still so he finds it easier to do this part with you strapped down. You have nothing to worry about."
Celeste is scared because she has never been strapped to the table in any other physical. The nurse gets her strapped down tightly so she can't move. It isn't long after she leaves that the doctor comes in. Brandi was right, he is hot. He is tall and very well built with dark hair and eyes. He reminds her of an athlete.
"Relax Celeste. This is just normal protocol. We will have you out of here in no time at all. I need to examine your stomach and its just easier if you are strapped down. Lets get started. Close your eyes and relax."
She closes her eyes but can't relax. The first thing the doctor does is push his fist deep into all parts of her belly especially around her bellybutton where he holds it and twists it. Celeste can feel some discomfort from this. When he stops she can hear him clicking a pen. She figures he is going to write down the results but then feels the pen in her belly button. He pushes it in her harder and harder and twists it. This is really starting to hurt. With the pen pushed in deep, he starts to click the pen causing a flash of pain with every click.
She hears a match struck and can't imagine why he would need a match in here. Suddenly she feels something hot hit the bottom of her deep innie and realizes he is dripping candle wax into her. She tries to move but its no use. When her bellybutton is filled with wax, she can feel what feels like a spike being insterted into the wax and the hammer used to test reflexes is used to drive the spike down through the wax til it touches the bottom of her belly button and then he hits it again and again causing flashes of pain. When he removes the spike the wax comes with it.
"Ok I am going to give you a shot. Just relax."
She opens her eyes to see the biggest longest needle she has ever seen before. She can only imagine where the shot will be given. It doesn't take long for her to realize she is right. He puts the needle into her bellybutton and starts to push it. Very slowy he pushes it harder and harder. She can feel her belly button trying to fight the needle but he pushes harder. Finally it gives in and she can feel the needle puncturing her innie. Her belly button is so sore right now.
A spike is placed in her belly button again only this time he puts medical books on top of it to push it in deep. While this is in her the doctor leaves to take a phone call. He doesn't come back for what seems like an eternity. He takes the books off and removes the spike replacing it with a pen. He then unstraps Celeste and rolls her over onto the pen. She fights to stay on her hands and knees but he makes her lay right down on the pen and he straps her back to the table. Once again he walks out to take a phone call. He comes back and takes her off the pen.
"Well Celeste you passed your belly exam and I am going to sign off for you to cheer. However there are two conditions for you to stay on the squad."
"What would that be?"
"You can not discuss this belly exam with anyone and you must return every week for another belly exam. Fail to meet either of these conditions and your cheering days are over. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes."

Her belly button is burning right now but she knows she will have to do this once a week if she is going to keep her spot on the team and that scares her but she wants her spot so she is going to do it.
